The launch for the Italian shipyard has been for Elaldrea+, displacing unit part of the Custom range designed by Horacio Bozzo for the exteriors and Benetti Style Department for the interiors. But the Tuscany harbor has seen many launches from Benetti in the last weeks.
The owner of the new Benetti 49 meters is a repeat client, so he had a clear mind about what he wanted. The essential and pure external lines are his choice together with Horacio Bozzo: the designer, an award-winning yacht designer and naval architect born in Argentina and then trained in Italy, took care of the many areas where to enjoy the sea while on board: from the wide beach club with sauna, or the 115-square-meter flybridge, which houses a 4-meter swimming pool, the large spaces for dining, the sunbathing areas. The outdoor furniture has been custom-designed in collaboration with the brands Link Outdoor, Sutherland and Vaar.
Much space for everybody
The owner’s suite, developed on 60 square meters, sports a private balcony with automatic sliding door and gets much sunlight by large windows: two features that give this area a special relationship with the sea and the external environment. The owners also have two walk-in closets, a double bathroom and an office area. The space dedicated to guests includes 6 cabins and is spread over 90 square meters, with two VIP rooms of 25 square meters each.
As for the interior furnishing, the brands are Poltrona Frau, Giorgetti, Softhouse and Arketipo, while materials and colors include a combination of walnut and tanganika woods, various types of travertine marble, afyon honey, sahara noir, moon cream and port laurent, and satin and velvet fabrics.
During the same weeks
Benetti Shipyard launched
an impressive number
of other yachts
The yacht can also be used for charter, thanks to the certificate of compliance with LY3 Code: the crew space boasts 4 cabins, for 8 or 10 crew, depending on the use of the yacht, with a specific area dedicated to laundry and pantry. The main garage houses a 6.3 meter tender while the bow can carry a second tender for the crew, 3.4 meter long.
Benetti 49-meter Elaldrea+ is powered by two 12V MTUs that grant a top speed of 14.5 knots and a cruising speed of 13.5 knots (with 85% power).
During the same weeks, Benetti Shipyard launched an impressive number of other yachts. None is a completely new model, but instead a new unit of semi-custom lines. It is the case of the two Fast 125′ just launched in Viareggio, built in carbon and composite materials.
M / Y “My Way” and M / Y “Charade” are respectively the fifth and sixth units of the Fast 125′ model , and both are equipped with Azipull Carbon 65 (AZP C65) propulsion system, made in cooperation with Rolls Royce. They will be both delivered before summer.
Then again, still in Viareggio, the Delfino 95 ‘”Uriamir” was launched. This second model of the Class product line has external lines by Giorgio M. Cassetta. “Uriamir” is a displacement yacht 28.95 meter long made with fiberglass hull and carbon fiber superstructure, whose delivery happened just in time to be on display at Versilia Yachting Rendez-Vous from 10 to 13 May.
Finally, and once again in Viareggio, it was the turn of M / Y “Ironman”: a 42-meter semi-displacement fiberglass and carbon fiber yacht belonging to the Class product line. In this case, this is the sixth unit of the Fast 140 model, with exteriors designed by Stefano Righini and interiors by the American studio Akj Design Concepts by Alfred Karram Jr. Like the previous unots of Fast 140′, she is equipped with the revolutionary D2P (Displacement to Planing) hull, with wave piercer, designed by Pierluigi Ausonio with the Research and Development Center of Azimut Benetti: it ensures a good cruising speed in economy and also performance, with a maximum speed of 23 knots.
