It’s time to enjoy the new yacht for the summer. July launches, for units over 24 meters, include Dominator Ilumen 28 Zalanka, Amer Cento Duchessa and Arcadia A105 RJ. But soon we will give you part II.
Skipping too many words or comments, we present you with three of July launches, concerning units of over 24 meters. In this case we range from 28 to 35: and, we’re sure that some of you have slready spotted these yachts in the water, during your holidays at sea.
Dominator Ilumen 28 Zalanka
She is sistership of “Cadet V”, with which she shares the semi-displacing hull, the exterior design by Alberto Mancini and the interior one by Luca Catino. But the new Dominator Ilumen 28 Zalanka has a personality of her own. Especially for the golden metallic color of the hull, made to catch people attention and have other boaters to remain in awe.
The interiors, with a five-cabin layout, feature warm tones thanks to the combination of Amara ebony and Lissoni Collection light oak. Different types of marble, even backlit, then handmade parquet, Poltrona Frau furniture and fabrics by Hèrmes and Dedar complete the Zalanka luxurious interior.
Amer Cento Duchessa
Second in our list of July launches is the latest unit by Permare Shipyard, which entered the water on the 11th of the month. This is the fourteenth unit (yes, 14) of the Amer Cento model. Called Duchessa, she boasts sumptuous interiors that contrast with streamlined external lines and hi-tech features. Among the peculiarities of Duchessa the quadruple installation of Volvo Penta Ips 1200 transmissions, something unseen on a 29-meter yacht.
Amer Cento Duchessa will be premiered at the Cannes and Genoa boat shows, in a year (2018) that marks 45 years of Permare Yachts by the Amerio family. Soon the shipyard will also premier their proposal for a motoryacht with hybrid propulsion.
Arcadia A105 RJ
As soon as she was delivered to her owner, the new Arcadia A105 RJ set sails (well, engines) towards the Western Mediterranean. After the summer vacation, RJ will be on display at the upcoming Cannes Yachting Festival, from September 11th to 16th, and will also attend the Monaco Yacht Show from September 26th to 29th. Designed by Hot Lab sticking to the main traits of Arcadia (squared lines, modular spaces, large use of solar panels and thermal glass to recover energy) RJ is about 31 meters long for a beam of almost 8. You can see RJ in the opening image of this article.
That beam is exploited very well by the salon with side openings on the sea, and by the 30 square meter skylounge. Pushed by two 1000hp MANs in a semi-displacement pace, the Arcadia A105 RJ reaches a maximum speed of 17 knots.
