The cooperation between the designer Christian Grande and Cranchi boatyard goes on, and the latest model is the innovative Cranchi E26 Classic. After the launch, finally here’s a comprehensive photo gallery.
After the preview, here’s the full photo gallery of Cranchi E26 Classic: it will give full justice to the design and quality of the construction of the 7.85-meter daycruiser (or tender). A boat that wants to stand out for its sporty character and sophisticated styling, balancing vintage suggestions and contemporary essentiality.
The art of contrast
Christian Grande has reinterpreted tradition by introducing some distinctive and contemporary signs, such as the vertical bow and the sharp cut of the side windows, elements which give boldiness to the exterior look of the boat. As for the interiors, Cranchi E26 Classic features a contrast between glossy and matt materials, and also between soft and hard ones, like we see on luxury cars. The teak bow deck is a hommage to classic wooden boats, as is the teak covered swim platform. The large sundeck to aft covers the engine bay, which also houses a retractable awning that provides shade to the cockpit when necessary.
The dinette amidships is served by an L-shaped settee that gives continuity to the stern sundeck, and by two pivoting seats that can be turned to bow while cruising, and to aft in moments of conviviality. To further underline the sporty character of the Cranchi E26 Classic is the wraparound, full-beam windscreen. An opening section in the middle gives easy access the foredeck solarium, but there’s actually much more underneath it: a cabin and a toilet compartment ensure a comfortable stay on board throughout the day and, if desired, also for a cruising weekend.
