Incredible machines: here’s the new Boston Whaler 325 Conquest and 405 Conquest

They’ve been introduced together at the latest FLIBS. The manufacturer calls them SUVs of the sea, as Boston Whaler 325 conquest and 405 conquest can do almost everything.

Two new models, belonging to the same range, one under ten meters and one above 12.50. It’s the previews that Boston Whaler took to the latest Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The 405 and 325 Conquests deliver real performance and luxury, being good for fun and overnight cruises.

Not just about fishing

Of course the main focus is fishing, but the Conquest range also features cabins, seating, and other comfortable amenities.

Further, the new Boston 325 and 405 Conquests give boaters a great sense of connection with the water, thanks to a full-beam windshield and especially to restyled side glasses, lower and larger, that provide unobstructed visibility. A dive door with removable ladder makes it easy for anglers to drag large catches onto the deck, or for swimmers and divers to climb back onboard.

Again, both feature a portside companion lounge with hidden table that converts to multiple positions, while the 405 also has an adjustable bow chaise longue with its own personal stereo system.

Both 325 Conquest and 405 Conquest feature a cockpit wet bar complete with a sink, refrigerator (optional on the 325), and storage space, making it easy to host a crowd. The 405 Conquest also features a highly customizable transom prep area, with several options for fishing and entertaining.

Below deck, the cabin of each new Conquest is designed to spend weekends and even longer times on a cruise. The 405 features a private master stateroom and guest sleeping quarters, an enclosed head with separate shower, a galley and more, with luxury touches including a rain shower and an innerspring mattress.
The 325 includes a convertible V-berth sleeping/dining area and guest accommodations, and both boats feature a full-height hanging locker and premium finishes throughout.

Meanwhile, the Conquests’ new hull, redesigned from the keel up, delivers greater stability, and the optional Seakeeper gyro-stabilization system virtually eliminates boat roll. Underway, the standard 300-hp Mercury Verado engines (quads on the 405; dual on the 325) with optional Joystick Piloting provide power and control.

The new Boston Whaler Conquests are the first boats to come out of the recently opened Brunswick Boat Group Technology Center, located at Whaler’s global headquarters in Edgewater, Florida.
