The sportier one was launched last December and had a positive response. So it’s now time for the shipyard to add an extra deck: here’s Beneteau Antares 11 Flybridge.
With a new flybridge version blending into the profile of the Antares 11, the boat offers more comfort and versatility on board and more chances of enjoying outdoor life.
The flybridge is fitted with a starboard helm station, while two facing port benches create a saloon in which to share driving in safety, or where you can sit around the table for meals at anchor.
The upper deck has an additional stern relaxation area, with a large sunpad. Options can be added, such as a bimini or a solar panel.
Versatility, as you would expect
This new family cruiser with an outboard engine focuses on a wide variety of leisure activities. She is the ideal powerboat for cruising with the family and can hold up to 11 people on board.
The large cockpit and wide side decks make the Antares 11 safe and comfortable, but access to the swim platform is possible only from the starboard side. On the other hand, a tilting gunwale on the same side can enlarge the cockpit and provide a good diving platform.
The cockpit’s bench has a seat linking seamlessly with the saloon sofa inside, creating an unbroken social space. Talking of the inside, there is a galley, a second helm station and a convertible saloon, with large windows to provide all around view.
Like her sibling with hard top, Beneteau Antares 11 Flybridge features a double owner cabin with island bed and en-suite. The aft cabin has opening portholes on either side, and sports a double berth and a single berth to starboard. Adding to the two cabins the convertible saloon, the Antares 11 can accommodate up to seven people, which is a pretty high number for a 30-footer.
If the boat show will be held (as it seems) despite the Covd related issues, the new Antares 11 Flybridge will debut at 2020 Cannes Yachting Festival in september.
