Two new fishing boats for Quicksilver : 690 and 730 Arvor

Fishing boats are more affordable today, thanks to the craft by Quicksilver: without requiring big money, they offer a good setup for leisure gaming and enough space for relax.

22 ft 7′ for the Arvor 690, and 24 ft 11′ for the 730. This is the main number for the new fishing boats of the Arvor range from Quicksilver, that feature a new deck layout aimed to maximize the cockpit space and the size of the superstructure. The latter is now slightly moved to port, so the starboard passageway is wider and it’s easier to move to and from the bow, especially when fishing.

The cockpit boasts many standard features, including a well for the catch, one for the live bait, a prepping and gutting surface, rod holders and a tilting bench.

Inside, both models offer a berth to the front, a portable cooker, and the pilothouse on the main level with double seating and the dash large enough for several screens and gauges. A sliding door in the back allows to get repaired from wind and rain outside.

Among the options, a nautical potty, an electronic pack with 9” GPS and Sonic Hub hi-fi system, and a second helm station in the cockpit that includes a second, 7” GPS when the electronic pack is installed.
Both the Arvor 690 and the 730 feature an inboard, Mercury Diesel engine, the perfect choice for fishing boats as it can keep the extremely low speed required for trawling but at the same time allows a top speed of 25 knots. The output is 115 HP on the 690 and 150 HP on the 730.

Launch will be in December at Nautic Paris then in January at Düsseldorf Boot. But the new models will also be displayed at Göteborg Boat Show in February and at the Oslo Show in March.
