MC6, the debut is at Boot in Düsseldorf

Boot Düsseldorf is an important event for all the boatyards: Monte Carlo Yacht and Monte Carlo make no exception and introduce the new MC6.

The German show is the stage for the world preview of the new MC6, some months after the debut of MC5S at Cannes Yachting Festival and MC4 at Nautic de Paris. Back in November 2014 the two brands introduced in USA the MC4 and MCY 86, with the latter winning the “Choice Awards Editors” as best yacht over 25 meters.

At Düsseldorf Boot, beside the MC6 Monte Carlo exhibits also the MCY 65, winner of two awards in Europe and Asia as best yacht, then the MC4 and the MC5, with the larger carrying the 2014 crown as European Power Boat of the Year.

“MCY 65 and MC6 side by side are impressive – states Carla Demaria, Monte Carlo Yachts Chairman and Beneteau CEO – , as they are the real example of how we can offer to customers a new concept of yachts and a new range which is expanding at an amazing pace, consistent with the Group strategy.  Monte Carlo introduces here in Düsseldorf their fifth model after just two years after the brand launch; at the same time the Monte Carlo Yachts range will keep on growing and soon will see the debut of MCY 105, the largest boat ever produced by the Group so far”.

The tight bond between Monte Carlo Yachts and Monte Carlo is clear on the new MC6: large living spaces, much care in the choice materials and trims. In particular, the flybridge can host 10 people in comfort with a solarium and a dinette, under the protection of a wide opening roof. The main deck volumes are peculiar as well: the galley opens on the cockpit through a sliding glass, and serves also the covered dinette.  On the lower deck there’s space for three cabins with en-suite: the master stateroom is amidships, the VIP features a double bed splitting into a twin, while the guest one has two single beds.
