Blue Ice 38 V, cool in&out
The space on board Blue Ice 38 V is optimized for her 11 meters in length. The headroom is improved inside the two double cabins, the head (with shower box) and the dinette. All the spaces are filled with natural light from the portholes, which are hidden by a dark fascia to make the exterior sleeker.
The main restyling pertain to the back cockpit, which is now all on the same level and houses a front-faced chaise longue, a double sofa and a table for six. The latter two turn into a solarium. The backseats hide retractable awnings, while two elements on the sofa work as a seat towards the sea or a stand for the table. Settees and table which are located in the middle of the cockpit, so to leave to comfy passageways on both sides.
The bimini cover is electrically operated, while another classy touch can be found in the transom openings, lit from inside, which hide the fuel caps. In the whole, small changes make this Blue Ice 38 V much more captivating.
Two Volvo Penta D4, 300 HP each with Dual Prop screws, grant a top speed just shy of 40 knots with a relevant range thanks to the very efficient hull design: at cruising speed of 31 knots the fuel need is around 60 liters per hour.
