Quicksilver Activ range gets larger: four new Open models, 5 to 7 meters, and a fourth Cruiser named 755.
Quicksilver Activ 755 Cruiser enters the range between 805 and 645 Cruiser models. It can host up to eight passengers in a very versatile deck: the tilting backseat and the transformable dinette turn the cockpit into a sun pad. The helm station to starboard includes a front facing settee and the companion door. A small ladder leads to the opening section of the windshield, gate to the solarium on the foredeck. Power comes from Mercury outboards, in a range from 150 to 300 HP.
Four new Quicksilver Activ Open
The open models have always represented the “core” of the Quicksilver Activ range, so for the 2017 season there’s four new ones:
- Activ 505,
- Activ 555,
- Activ 605
- Activ 675
which replace the previous versions introducing some important innovations designed to further improve comfort when cruising and relaxing on board.
The length of the new Quicksilver Activ Open range from 5.07 m overall for 505 Open, up to 5.47 m for 555 Open, 6.12 m for 605 Open, to a maximum of 6.74 m for 675 Open. The cockpit layout is similar on the four models. Only 505 Open features a double bench for the driver, while the other models sport two single bucket seats and large passageways on the sides. The foredeck is dedicated to sun bathing, with a bench turning into a solarium by adding a cushion. A second bench is located to aft, close to the two swim platforms on each side of the outboard.
