2015 preview: Bavaria Sport 400, every boater to his taste

Bavaria fully renews all their motorboat range, in the name of versatility and customization. So the new Bavaria Sport 400 will make her debut in Cannes, September 8th, in Open , Coupé and HT versions.

The choice of models embraces the widest market: who likes the classical express cruiser will prefer the Open, while the boater who wants a covered deck will go for one of the other versions, either soft or hard top (both sliding electrically). Then, as a natural evolution of the latter, the Coupé version will be available also with a totally enclosed salon thanks to the dividing window and sliding door. Still there’s plenty of open-air space, as the cockpit features a C-shaped dinette turning into a sun bed and there’s also a rather large swim platform.

The project is by Marco Casali from Too Design studio, while the interiors are by Design Unlimited. The headroom belowdeck is 2.10 mt and the layout offers two cabins and a salon with dinette and L-shaped galley. A door gives access to the ample head with separate shower box.

The owners cabin to the bow has a queen bed and plenty of storage space, while the guest room is before the engine bay and features two single beds (or a huge double bed with the center cushion) and a canapé for two.

The shipyard suggests different trim colors and woods, from the classical dark shades to lighter and more modern ones. The available engines are Mercury Diesel (370 HP) or Volvo Penta, gas 350 or 430 HP and diesel 260, 300 or 400 HP.  The Bavaria Sport 400 will be marketed after the presentation at Cannes Boat Show, with a base price of € 154900 for the Open version, € 169.900 for the Hard Top, and € 174.900 for the Coupé. Along with the 400, Bavaria will introduce also the 360, at a starting price of € 129.900.
