The new A-Room by Azimut Yachts is not intended as a virtual show, but as the official launching stage for the shipyard’s new models. The first is Azimut 53, with an event scheduled for 12 March.
The technology to bring what’s real into the virtual world is definitely not new, but it took a worldwide pandemic to make it common and widespread, to the point that nowadays we have an over-supply of content, which can often confuse users in their search for what can be trusted.
The only ay is to raise the bar and offer top-level content.
And so comes the new A-Room by Azimut Yachts, not a virtual show (the Company already has the so called Virtual Lounge), not a simple display of boats either, but an immersive platform, which returns the feeling of a full immersion into another dimension, were not for the flat surface of the screen.
A-Room: a relaxing environment filled with high-level content
The scenography is that of a huge exhibition stand, in the same style as the ones used by Azimut in real boat shows.
The environmentis made up of lounges and corners each dedicated to a specific area of the Azimut realm, but the central focus is dominated by the preview of the moment, which is the only boat that stands out in sight at the center of the stand.
At the time of writing the boat of the moment is the new Azimut 53, which is preparing for its official debut in the A-Room: the event is scheduled for March 12 with a live streaming open to anyone who decides to register.
The peculiarity of the Azimut Yachts A-Room is that users move in an elegant and relaxing environment, where rather than plenty of boats there’s only one boat on display, and different lounges to enter for watching the other models.
In each corner a totem features a display with the logos of the respective boat range. One click takes to all the specs, images, videos and the virtual 3-D visit on board,.
Of course the A-Room by Azimut Yachts leaves the chance of contacting the shipyard and registering to receive updates and access passes to the official streaming launch events of the new boats, organized like those held in real boat shows.
