The small pilot boats from Brunswick Marine keep on growing, with the biggest sibling Quicksilver 905 Pilothouse ready to be launched.
Dont’ think of her just as a fishing boat. Of course, the tall superstructure and the ample cockpit (with live bait and catch wells) tell much about the main purpose. But the new Quicksilver 905 Pilothouse takes advantage of that extra 3 feet to offer more space and comfort onboard.
That’s why we imagine at her wheel the competent angler, but with the family around enjoying the amenities.
The large cockpit is free of any obstacle, and offers double access to the swim platforms on both sides of the outboards. Beside the mentioned wells, large lockers abaft can house all the fishing gear. A bench to port faces the space to starboard for a second helm station, much appreciated by fishermen.
As the superstructure is moved to the port side, the only passageway to foredeck is to starboard. There, a front facing bench can serve a second dinette. At the moment, among the different option packs (Fishing, Cruising, Comfort) we can’t find the choice of a fore solarium.
Indoor, the main deck boasts a dinette transformable into a double berth; on the starboard side the helm station is accessible also through a door on the side deck. Abaft of it there’s space for the galley cabinet. Large windows and a sliding rigid roof grant plenty of light and air to the whole deck.
Below, two double berths bring the total night accommodation to 6, while the passengers can be 10 with a B-class CE certification.
