At the end of May Sunreef Yachts launched a new 70 Sunreef Power, power catamaran over 21 meters long with some innovative solutions.
For the new 70 Sunreef Power “Blue Belly”, last generation of the successful range of power catamarans from the French-Polish yard, the choice went for a whole open space on the salon level. The specific request from the owner aimed to have a bright interior, quality furniture, and a totally free main deck.
So, Sunreef designers decided to move the inner pilot station, gaining a large space for living and dining areas. The owner’s suite to fore is accessible straight from the salon, and same as on her predecessor “1 Life” launched in 2014, the cabin offers a panoramic view and a (dimmable) window on the bathroom. The trim plays with blue, white and gray colors.
The layout of the two hulls include two VIP cabins, two guest rooms and the galley, while crew quarters are located to the front of the sponsons. Both the aft cockpit and the fly bridge are cozy and livable, with high end finish also for the wet bar and the dinette.
As the previous “1 Life”, “Blue Belly” 70 Power features a hydraulic platform that eases launch and haul of a jet-ski, and is also enjoyable as a solarium at water level.
The first 70 Sunreef Power was launched in 2008 and is still chartering in French Polinesia, confirming once again as a low-maintenance vessel, ideal for long cruises in any season to discover the world’s best and undiscovered spots.
