Sacs S700 marks the introduction of the new Sport generation for the Italian boatyard. Unveiling is at Cannes Yacht Festival next September.

Christian Grande and Sacs technical office: two names should be enough to be sure it’s a good project. Then, after a look at the first photos, you understand it’s all confirmed: aggressive lines with a sporty accent, yet in a modern and elegant livery. The new Sacs S700 will be officially introduced at the next Cannes Yachting Festival.

A new range of ribs

With Sacs S700 the boatyard opens a new era in the Sport range: ribs under 10 meters, with dynamic traits and high performance, combined with a rational use of the space. On a rib that measures 7.44 meters overall (24ft 5in) including swim platforms, inner livability is fundamental: that is why both the bow and the aft areas offer ample and rational space.

To the back, a bench can host up to five people around a lifting table, which can easily transformed into a sun bed by moving the backseat.

The center part of the Sacs S700 features a modern console with a dashboard divided in two parts offering enough space for a complete set of instruments. The ergonomic seats can be used in standing position and hide a cooler and refrigerator.

Moving to fore, another lounge area boasts a second, lifting table that turns into solarium. The (optional) electric winch is hidden in the hull so not to be in the way on the deck. Still worth a mention, the large passageway, two ample swim platforms beside the outboard, and the stemhead platform with mooring cleats that works as a step to get to shore when bow-docked.

Everything on the Sacs S700 is designed for top functionality, keeping in mind the sporty accent typical of the whole Sacs ribs range. The hull promises excellent performance, with good seaworthiness in rough sea.
