A multi-tasking, top-notch event where yachts and boaters gather in the glamorous atmosphere of Versilia. Luxury and sophistication will be part of the new Versilia Yachting Rendez-vous and of a territory always in great buzz.
With these premises, Versilia Yachting Rendez-vous will open in Viareggio from 11 to 14 May, and the name alone is enough to evoke the spirit of this nautical event: a meeting, a gathering of people interested to immerse themselves in a prestigious atmosphere, surrounded by large yachts and famous places, which for sixty years has lived all the charm of La Dolce Vita.
Versilia Yachting Rendez-vous will involve several famous places in Versilia, such as Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi, which will be animated by a busy schedule of events collateral to the yachts’ exhibition.
To organize all of this there is Nautica Italiana, the boating association affiliated with Fondazione Altagamma, in collaboration with Regione Toscana (the Tuscany administration), the Technology District for Boating and Harbors of Tuscany, the Municipalities of Versilia, and other local entities. Fiera Milano will be in charge of the practical organization, supporting with their know-how exhibition business. A range of different specializations and experience that will surely build an event to remember.
But Versilia is not just lifestyle, it is also a production hub for leading international shipyards and boat builders known allover the world.
Versilia Yachting Rendez-vous therefore promises to be a showcase of top-notch Made in Italy products, ready to draw the attention of big spenders from the richest Countries, people who like big yachts and the related lifestyle. For this very reason, Fondazione Altagamma is in charge of building up the event program: since 1992, Altagamma brings together and represents companies belonging to Italian cultural and creative business, in various industrial and artistic sectors.
