A large use of carbon fiber is the peculiar feature of Azimut Grande 27m, which just debuted in Cannes. It’s been shadowed from her larger sibling Grande 35m, but now we have plenty of (nice) official photos.
Azimut Grande 27m focuses on comfort and performance
The use of carbon fiber on Azimut Grande 27 Meters has allowed to expand the on board volumes without penalizing the dynamic stability of the boat. The result is a 27-meter with wide-body layout, where the full beam master suite is on the main deck and the lower deck houses three or four cabins. The exteriors by Stefano Righini sport the new distinctive features of the collection: a vertical bow (in the upper section) and two full height side windows that give a breathtaking view of the sea from the owner’s cabin.
The interiors have been designed by Achille Salvagni, which has created three different options: Dolce Vita, Gran Milano and Riviera.
As for the engines, two 1.900 HP V12 MANs can push Azimut Grande 27m at a cruising speed of 24 knots and a top of 27 knots.
