The turkish Shipyard Numarine has announced a complete facelift for their succesful 78 model.
The Numarine 78, in both the hardtop and flybridge versions, is with no doubt the most popular yacht from the shipyard based on the Sea of Marmara. They’ve been appreciated all over the world for their refined styling, combined with attention to details and good seaworthiness.
Ömer Malaz, Numarine owner and CEO, comments the launch of the renewed models: “It’s been a natural evolution. After the success of the new 70 Hardtop, we focused on the 78 model. Rather than fully replace it, our designers have been able to introduce important changes still maintaining our trademark in the look”.
The first model will see production in September and will be dued for delivery in February 2015. The Numarine 78 Evolution is 23.98 meters (78 ft 7 in) long and 5.79 mt (19 ft) wide, with a draft of 1.70 mt (5 ft 7 in). Full displacement reckons 47 tons, with a fuel capacity of 5500 lt (1453 US gal) anda fresh water reserve of 900 (238 US gal). The engines are two CAT C18 Acert producing 1150 HP each for a top speed of 32 knots and a cruise set at 25.
