Two new Filippetti Yacht Linea Sport models mark the beginning of a cooperation with Centrostiledesign. First preview is at Cannes Yachting Festival.
Their names are simply S53 and S65: it’s the new models by Filippetti Yacht, part of the Linea Sport (Sport range), result of the just-born cooperation between the Italian yard and Centrostiledesign. The studio is run by Davide Cipriani, who’s responsible for exterior and interior lines of these concepts. Both models are under development and aim to enhance performance and detail quality.

S65 is a 20-meter yacht capable of 49 knots, powered by two MTUs 1623 HP each. Conceived for boaters who love sport and bold lines, still with attention to comfort, it features an exterior salon that can be fully closed and protected. Performance, design and lightness are the main drivers of the project, where glass is the key element. S53 is a high performance 18-meter unit, with compact and aggressive look and hi-tech solutions. Despite the size, good for a sporty boat, S53 can feature a full beam master suite, a crew cabin and a tender garage for a 2.80mt dinghy. All the mentioned solutions will be visible in Cannes, through a 1:30 scale model built by Centrostiledesign.
“Substance, purity, speed and performance are the core elements of these projects by Centrostiledesign – says Davide Cipriani. Inspiration comes from far away: we wanted to represent a symbol, getting back to a taste for pure, virile sport boats. That’s why we went for muscular lines, which evoke the seventies when every design piece had to carry plenty of charisma”.
Centrostiledesign has been founded in 2015 in Italy but comes from ocer 25 years of experience from two different companies working in industrial technology and in engineering for marine industry.
