It's the most compact cruiser in the Quicksilver range: Activ 605 Cruiser offers room for up to 6 people and overnight capacity for a couple.
It's time for the Fall launches. Many boat shows are coming, and all the boatbuilders introduce the models for the 2020 season. Here's the new Quicksilver Activ 605 Cruiser, a small boat which wants to offer much comfort for daily cruises and even a decent accommodation for the weekend of two.
Inside, outside
The deck layout offers easy access to the cabin, but also features steps for reaching the foredeck. The cabin itself has a U-shape seating area that can be converted into a double berth. Outside there's two sun lounges: a foredeck one with a central backrest cushion, and the one in the cockpit, that can be extended by flipping down the back rest of the aft seat: in this way, it offers direct access to the water as well.
In order to be safe for families, including children, Quicksilver Activ 605 Cruiser features perimeter railings, a clearly defined stepout area, a deep cockpit and a motor well step between the swim platforms.
The helm dashboard is quite large and can house 7” GPS/Chart plotter, while multiple Mercury outboard engine configurations will be available, from 100 to 150hp.
Among the standard features it's worth to mention the cockpit table with laminated top, a bimini canvas that creates an enclosed area to provide protection from the elements, hydraulic steering, plenty of storage space, including dedicated room for fenders, cockpit table and canvas. About the latter, larger items can be stored under the berth in the cabin while gear can be kept safe under the cockpit seating.

Quicksilver Activ 605 Cruiser is available with the Smart Edition which also includes a refrigerator, cockpit shower, cockpit sun lounge, real teak cockpit table and mooring kit. The Electronic Pack includes a 7” Simrad Cruise GPS/Chart Plotter and a Fusion Stereo with 2 speakers and USB port.
The Activ 605 Cruiser will be introduced at Southampton boat show in September, then at La Rochelle, Friedrichshafen, Barcelona, Paris and Düsseldorf, all between September and January.
