While announcing that the consolidated value of production is up 11%, the Ferretti Group confirms their presence at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September with five new models from Riva, Custom Line and Ferretti Yachts.
We’re still in the middle of summer, but the nautical world is already thinking at the first, important appointment with boat shows: at the end of the season, from 11 to 16 September, the Cannes Yachting Festival (edition number 41) will start them all.
The Ferretti Group wants to play a leading role, and among the 25 models on display they will bring five world premieres. In particular: Ferretti Yachts 670, Custom Line 120’, Custom Line Navetta 42, Riva 66’ Ribelle and Riva 110’ Dolcevita.
Let’s see what we are talking about
Custom Line 120′ is the first yacht of the brand designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design: the sporty lines match a planing hull made of carbon fiber, and built by assembling different sections built separately.
Navetta 42 is the largest model among the semi-displacement ones for the brand. Designed by Studio Zuccon International Project together with the Ferretti offices, she boasts a range of over 3,000 nautical miles.
Ferretti Yachts 670 is a rather classic flybridge yacht, even if she does feature a certain sportiness in the side view. Available with 3 or 4 cabins, with or without a roll bar on the sun deck, she displaces about 40 tons and can reach 32 knots with two 1200 HP MANs.
Riva 110 Dolcevita has just been launched in an exclusive event at the Yacht Club de Monaco , but she will make her debut in front of a larger public right in Cannes. Click on the link above for all technical data and images of the boat and the event.
Last but not least is Riva 66 ‘Ribelle: at the moment we know very little of this model. For sure the design is by Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta of Officina Italiana Design, while we are told that it will be the largest model among those built in the historic shipyard of Sarnico on Lake Iseo. The look should be aggressive as suggested by the name and by the two teasers released by Riva.
The presence of Ferretti Group at Cannes Yachting Festival will also reflect a particularly positive situation for the group. Thanks to growing business results and a constant improvement in efficiency and productivity at all production sites, the group has announced an increase by 10.8% in the consolidated value of production compared to the previous year.
