Sirena Yachts is taking to Miami Boat Show (February) the new Sirena 58 Coupe. Three units have already been ordered.
The new addition to Sirena Yachts fleet is called Sirena 58 Coupe. It comes from the existing 58 Flybridge, sharing the same hull, but wants to have a distinct touch. A lower air draft makes it easier and safer navigating coastal waters, and the reduced height is also perfect for low-clearance bridges. Inside, the new Sirena 58 Coupe features a single-level deck, from the aft cockpit to the helm station: the lack of upper deck allows for an optional dual sliding sunroof.
Born for the USA
58 Coupe is the direct result of Sirena’s response to U.S. customers who have expressed a preference for an express style yacht. Sirena 58 flybridge is already the most successful yacht in the builder’s portfolio, so there’s no reason why the new version couldn’t be a bestseller.
The hull and superstructure design is by Germán Frers, and features a vertical bow, low freeboard, and a fast-displacement hull that provides for long range (exceeding 900 miles, but in the chart below we reckoned also a 20% reserve) at lower speeds of 10 knots, while still capable of top speeds north of 26 knots.
Another distinction between 58 Coupe and flybridge is found on the main deck of the boat, as Sirena Yachts wanted to unify the natural division between the aft deck, the salon and the pilothouse. Not having the staircase to the bridge sure helped, as the yard were able to take advantage of the additional space by re-engineering salon entry doors and integrate the cockpit, galley and salon areas. The galley itself benefits from the extra square footage in the form of additional countertop space and an extra under-cabinet refrigerator and freezer.

Below deck, Sirena 58 is the only boat of its size on the market available with a twin bedroom layout, but of course a more traditional solution with three cabins is available, while the cabin space is an option.
